NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Council will conduct a public hearing in conjunction with the regular city council meeting on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.

The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 75 West Center Street for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding the proposed purchase of a building and .31 acres of real property on the northwest corner of 100 South Main in Fillmore, and to receive public comment on the proposal to amend the Capital Projects budget for the purchase of said property. An analysis study for the purposed purchase is available for public review in the city office, 75 West Center Street, and posted on the city website, www.fillmorecity.org. Individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office at 743-5233 at least three business days prior to the meeting.
