INVITATION FOR BIDS PURSUANT to Millard County Purchasing Policy, Millard County will be accepting sealed bids for redoing the parking lot of the County Election Polling Place at Kanosh Town Hall to bring it ADA compliant. The project will include: Removing the current cracked and broken parking lot; grading and pouring a new parking lot; all the fi nish work required i.e.: brooming and sealing; as well as, painting, decaling and placing signage for a designated van accessible handicap parking space (192”wide); and upgrading and installing an ADA compliant door knob on the front entrance. Written and signed bids shall be submitted to and received by Millard County Auditor, Brandy Grace, 50 South Main, Fillmore, Utah 84631- 5504, before 5:00 p.m., Friday, October 16, 2015. Please indicate “Kanosh Town Hall Parking Lot Bid@ on the outside of the bid envelope. Bids will be opened at the regularly scheduled commission meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Millard County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
