Bids shall be submitted to Millard County Auditor, Brandy Grace, 50 South Main, Fillmore, Utah 84631-5504, before 5:00 p.m, November 13, 2015. Please submit separate bids for each parcel and indicate “Property Bid” on the outside of the bid envelope along with the Parcel ID. Bids will be opened at the regularly scheduled commission meeting on November 17, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Millard County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and makes no representation or warranty as to the physical condition of said property. Said property will be sold “as is”. Full payment is to be tendered within 24 hours of acceptance of a submitted bid and notifi cation thereof. Successful bidder will also be required to pay $25 per parcel above the bid amount for fees associated with preparing and recording the property deed.
