Notice is hereby given that the Millard County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, September 2, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. at the Millard County Offices, 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a General Plan Amendment, Utilities Element, application to allow for a change to the Major Utility Corridor Map. The purpose of the Amendment is to allow a 345kV transmission line (major) from the ECG Solar 1, LLC Solar Plant to the IPP interconnection. The full length of the line including what will be on IPP property is approximately 2 miles. The ECG Utah Solar 1, LLC application is for property located east of IPSC on SITLA and IPSC property, and more particularly described as: Section 19 & 20, T15S, R6W, SLBM A copy of the application for a General Plan amendment is available for review and inspection at the Millard County Offices, 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah.
