You are hereby summoned and required to file with the Clerk of the above named Court, located at 765 South Highway 99, Fillmore, Utah 84631, an answer in writing to a complaint filed in the above-entitled case and to serve upon, or mail to Greg Greathouse, of Waddingham & Associates, P.C., plaintiff's attorney, at 362 West Main, Delta, UT 84624, a copy of said answer within 30 days from service of this summons upon you. 

If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. 

This is an action seeking to quiet title to real property (water right) used and diverted in Millard County, State of Utah described as follows: 

Water Right No. 67-469 (U7670) located on the following described real property in Millard County, Utah: 

The West half of the Northeast quarter and the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 17, Township 20 South, Range 5 West Salt Lake Base and Meridian. [SN: 6725-X and 6725-&]
