The Millard County Attorney's office has filed charges against a woman involved in a fatal accident in June that killed three people and left two critically injured.

As of Aug. 1, Jennifer Diamond, 42, has been charged with three counts of second-degree manslaughter, one count of second-degree felony aggravated assault and one count of class B misdemeanor reckless driving, after allegedly striking another vehicle on June 19, killing three people and critically injuring two juveniles.

Tyrone Bova, 47, and Holly Bova, 43,  of Archdale, North Carolina were killed instantly when Diamond's Porsche Cayenne struck their Ford Fusion head-on, after failing to return to the proper lane after Diamond passed another vehicle.

Both vehicles went off the roadway and caught fire, but were quickly extinguished by Scipio fire crews.

An 11-year-old juvenile died en route to Utah Valley Hospital from injuries sustained in the accident. The Bova's 17-year-old son and only survivor of the accident is still recovering from his injuries. Diamond's nine-year-old passenger sustained severe injuries. Their condition is currently unknown.
