Notice is hereby given that the Millard County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at the Millard County Fairgrounds, located at 187 S Manzanita Ave., Delta, Utah for the purpose of considering Application # Z-2021-029 requesting an Amendment to the Conditional Use Permit Z-2020-023 for Surface Mining.
--A copy of the application for the proposed amendment is available for review and inspection at the Millard County Offices, 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah.
