NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, purchase price payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, on the front steps of the Fourth Judicial District Courthouse, 765 South Highway 99, Suite 6, Fillmore, Utah, on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at 11:30 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing the following documents of record in Millard County, Utah:

1. Deed of Trust executed by Jon D. Corey and Kristin P. Corey, Trustees of the Corey Family Trust, dated September 21, 2004, and Dantes Holdings, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, collectively as Trustor, in which Western AgCredit, PCA is Trustee and Beneficiary, and which was filed for record January 31, 2020, as Entry No. 00208766, in Book 669, at Pages 276 et seq. official records of Millard County, Utah.  The real property subject of this Deed of Trust is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by this reference.

2. Supplemental Deed of Trust executed by Dantes Holdings, LLC, a Utah limited liability company as Trustor, in which Western AgCredit, PCA is Trustee and Beneficiary, and which was filed for record November 16, 2020, as Entry No. 00211964, in Book 687, at Pages 321 et seq. official records of Millard County, Utah.  The real property subject of this Supplement Deed of Trust is attached hereto as Exhibit B, and incorporated herein by this reference. 

The current Beneficiry of the Deed of Trust and Supplemental Deed of Trust is Western AgCredit, PCA.The record owners of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default are Jon D. Corey and Kristin P. Corey, Trustees of the Corey Family Trust, dated September 21, 2004, and Dantes Holdings, LLC, a Utah limited liability company.  Pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed of record on January 11, 2021, as Entry No. 00212724, official records of Millard County, Utah, the Trustee is currently Ian S. Davis, an active member of the Utah State Bar, whose address is 111 South Main Street, Suite 2400, Salt Lake City, Utah  84111.  The real property has not yet received an address.
