Millard School District is accepting applications for the position of Head Swim Coach at Delta High School for the 2023-2024 school year. The Head Swim Coach is responsible for coaching student athletes in game strategies, techniques, and conditioning to prepare them for athletic competition. The coach is also responsible to motivate student athletes to develop an appreciation of the sport. The Head Coach is a liaison for related youth sports. The Head Coach is responsible for program budgets, expenditures, and fundraising efforts and for coordinating these efforts with the administration and finance office. Additional duties include off-season activities like camps, strength and conditioning, and summer season preparation.
Salary will be based on Millard School District’s Extra Duty Salary Schedule. Applicants must be certified according to UHSAA standards or be willing to achieve such before position begins.
