Notice of Position for Millard County Housing Authority Facility Manager(s)

The facility Board of Directors will be hiring a manager for Mt. Catherine in Fillmore and The Sands in Delta. This offer will be for someone to work both places for two managers, one for each place depending on applicants

Job Description: Maintain accurate accounts receivable, accounts payable in computer programs already set up. You will need to know about spreadsheets and handling different money accounts. Must have the ability to maintain effective relationships with our clients, operate a variety of office equipment, and have good computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and database management and record keeping.

Minimum Qualifications: Graduated from high school or have a GED certificate, have used computerized accounting or bookkeeping, be able to do small jobs around the facilities for our clients.

Compensation will be dependent on abilities and experience. Former manager has 16 years experience and is willing to train. There is no benefits package.
