Welder/Fabricator
The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years’ experience or more with MIG/Stick welding including material preparation, understanding and able to execute a quality weld, reporting to Fabrication manager for quality control to verify the finished product. Candidates must be detail-oriented, ability to read a tape measure, basic math skills, and other standard welding/fabrication qualifications. Starting wage is $18-22/hour depending on experi- ence and qualifications.
Qualifications:
• MUST SHOW ABILITY TO WORK SAFELY AT ALL TIMES

WILLING TO LEARN NEW THINGS
• Ability to use variety of job-related tools and equipment
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of industry safety practices
• Knowledge of specific welding processes, specifically MIG,
experience with a stick and/or TIG welder is helpful
• Ability to use heavy machinery, such as forklifts, man lifts ect. • Working with various types of materials, i.e. mild steel,
galvanized, stainless steel.
• Clear understanding of the fabrication process including but not
limited to: cutting, grinding/blending, forming, assembling, heat
transfer and weld prep
• Layout, fabricate and assemble complex components with
precision to match specifications and dimensions
• Keeping a clean and organized work space
• Able to follow shop rules and policies
• Candidates must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long
durations
• Ideally looking for a self-motivated individual who can work
both independently and within a team
• Focused and able to follow directions
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to
switch gears quickly and preform well under pressure
• Able to pass a simple basic weld test including 304 stainless and
mild steel
• Ability to understand and carry out semi-complicated verbal and
written instructions.
• Ability to possess pride in own workmanship, demonstrate
attention to detail, and work safely.
Powder/Packaging Process Operator
This person will operate blending and packaging food pro- cessing machinery. These positions are physically and mentally challenging. How well operators meet these challenges have a large impact on LiquaDry’s bottom-line. Starting wage is $15-18/ hour depending on experience and qualifications. Qualifications:

• Ability to understand process constraint/bottleneck management • Able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
Material Handler
This person will be responsible for movement and tracking of material in LiquaDry warehouses and production areas. This will include: use of a forklift for the pulling and putting away materi- als; using computer programs to manage inventory transactions; receiving and shipping activities; and working in production as needed. Starting wage is $15-18/hour depending on experience and qualifications.
