Arnold Wayne Osborne 1947 ~ 2013 Our husband, father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather and friend, passed away on August 21, 2013 in Murray, Utah surrounded by his family. He was born on January 8, 1947 in Murray, Utah to Arnold Leon and Lorna Moveda Johnson Osborne. Arnold attended and graduated Hillcrest High School in 1965. He married RaNae Wilson and they had four children. Later divorced. Arnold married Connie Thacker on June 9, 1984 in Sandy, Utah. Together they had one son along with Connie’s two other children. His love for truck driving began when he was sixteen years old. He drove truck in the Army and then professionally. Arnold worked for and operated the family business, A & L Concrete for many years. Arnold had a passion for the Cowboy way of life. He loved horses, the outdoors and running the AWO Ranch in Fillmore, Utah. Survived by his wife, Connie; children, Heidi Jessop, Toni (Grant) Pemberton, Brandon Leon Osborne, Wilson Charles Osborne, Anthony Wayne (Katy) Osborne, Tammy Tew and Shawn Wardle; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sisters, Marge (Dave) Erickson, Elaine (Dale) LeDuc, Launi (Sherm) LeClair; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, grandson, Braden Jessop; and baby sister, Mary Jane Osborne. Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at the Mount Jordan 2nd Ward, 9331 South 300 East, Sandy, Utah. Friends may call from 10-11:45 a.m. prior to the services.
