Steven Carl Probert, died unexpectedly at age 61 on March 18, 2020 at his home in West Jordan, Utah.
He was born on April 18,1958 to Carl Marion and Gloria Rae Probert.
Steve grew up in Scipio Utah. He attended Millard County schools and graduated from Millard High School in 1976. He also attended Utah State University.
Steve was always the life of the party. He loved music, cooking, gardening, and going on camping adventures. He enjoyed getting together with friends and playing games and chatting the day away. He always made sure that everyone was having a good time. He could make a friend anywhere he went.
He is survived by his wife Leslie Kelson Probert and their children Christopher Probert (Candace Hansen), Peter Probert and Katie Jo Probert. Siblings: Mary Probert, Carol Jean (Van) Stott, and Patricia (Jeff) Schena He was preceded in death by his parents Carl Marion and Gloria Rae Hill Probert, and sister Margaret Jo Probert.
A graveside service under the direction of Rasmussen Mortuary will be held at the Scipio Cemetery Saturday March 21, 2020. People may gather at 3 p.m. prior to the service at 3:30 p.m..
