Billy Brent Poulsen passed away unexpectedly on February 25, 2020 in St. Joseph, Tennessee.
He was the fourth child of David C. and Kathleen Fullmer Poulsen. Born on July 6, 1960 in Moab Utah.
In 1976 the family moved to Delta, Utah. Billy graduated from Delta High School in 1978 and worked many jobs. Billy worked at Brush Wellman for many years, later he worked for Delta Egg Farm
In 1983 he married Brenda Thomas. They had a son together (Josh) and later divorced. He married Barbara Allen in April of 1986. Later divorced. He remained good friends with both women. He became a father to Barbara's son (T.J) together they had another son (Nicholas). He was a father full of joy and excitement.
Billy was a great poet. What he couldn’t express verbally he would say in his poems. He had a great sense of humor and was the life of any party. He loved his family, sons, and grandchildren (Luke, Kincee, and Kincade) fiercely. He is missed by many.
He is survived by sons Joshua Poulsen, Tennessee; Nicholas (Kaycee) Poulsen, American Fork; T.J. Allen, American Fork. Brothers Michael (Karren) Poulsen, Tooele; Kenneth (Cheryl) Poulsen, Delta and Justin (Katie) Poulsen Delta. Preceded in death by parents David C and Kathleen, and sister Rose.
Due to COVID-19 the family will have private graveside services in Delta at a later date.
