Elane Stott Gonnuscio passed away peacefully in her home July 2, 2020.

She struggled with health and oxygen issues for several years, but was always strong for family and friends. She is survived by husband Leonard “Sonny” Gonnuscio, her puppy companion Hershey, son Kregg (Andrea) Holdaway, step-daughter Debi (Kenny) Walker, granddaughters Kaitlin (Corbyn) Taurone, Aleah, deceased (Jenn) Wetherell, great-grandson Mason Taurone.

Elane was Born August 9, 1940 in Tooele, Utah, one of six daughters; Delores, Betty, Margery, Delane, Elane and Janet; of Gilbert & Zella Gollaher Stott. She grew up with lots of love in the tiny town of Meadow, Utah. In 1959 she married Marion Kay Holdaway of Vineyard, Utah. They had twins Kris and Kregg. She later moved to Bountiful, Utah where she did clerical/office work and met her second husband Sonny Gonnuscio. They married in 1977. They enjoyed time spent boating and fishing at Flaming Gorge. They were able to return and live in Meadow in 1995, where she was an active member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and a member of the LDS Church.

She requested a graveside service in the Meadow Cemetery to be held on July 8, 2020 at 10 a.m. Online condolences at rasmussenmortuary.com.
