David E. Warner, 84, passed away May 23, 2020.  Dave was born April 26, 1936 to Loren and Virginia Warner in Fillmore, Utah.
 
 
Dave came into this world with two older brothers Jerry and Jim.
 
Dave attended school in Fillmore and graduated from Millard High in 1954. He then married his high school sweetheart Jolene Ahlstrom right after High School. They lived in Utah, Nevada, and California before landing in Las Vegas and going to work for Union Pacific Railroad. Dave and Jolene raised three children, Sherrie, Wendy, and Jay.
 
Dave and Jo always enjoyed coming to Fillmore and Kanosh to stay and visit. They later bought a summer home in Fillmore, where they spent a lot of time in the warmer months. Dave really enjoyed reading his Zane Grey books in the parks and swapping stories with his coffee friends at the Paradise Cafe.
 
Dave fell asleep on his last trip to Fillmore with his daughter Sherrie. He was attended to in the Fillmore Hospital where he passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 23, 2020.
 
He was preceded in death by his wife Jolene, his Parents, and brother Jim. He is survived by his three children Sherrie Coverdell, Wendy Cruden, and Jay D. Warner all of Las Vegas and brother Jerry of Fillmore.
 
Dave will be laid to rest next to his dear wife Jolene in the Fillmore Cemetery, Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 10 a.m. in a graveside ceremony. Online condolences at rasmussenmortuary.com
