Our wonderful father passed away on November 27, 2020 at the VA Hospital in Salt Lake City, surrounded by his children and grandchildren.
Guy was born May 29, 1939 in Fillmore, Utah. He attended Millard High School where he met his wife-to-be, Marcia Gayle McArthur, whom he married in 1960. They enjoyed many wonderful years together until she passed away in 2000. Guy also served in the Army and Army Reserve for 6 years as a Marksman. After serving in the Army, he worked several jobs until he found his love of diesel mechanics.
His passion was his relationships with his family, friends, and horses. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and riding in his side-by-side. He enjoyed having visitors and giving them the exclusive tour of Meadow. Guy is survived by his son, Gaylen Stewart (Michelle), daughter Michelle Stewart-Chavez (Manny), and his three granddaughters Elyse, Kelsey, and Hannah .
