"Kaleidoscope"

Does everyone know

What's behind the fake smiles

The memories that go on for miles

The lifetime of hunting

Oh, the stories I'd tell

Give me your hand, mine needs to be held

Don't say goodbye

It leaves me no hope

Give me your hand, "kaleidoscope"

Think of me often

I'm hot, now I'm cold

Come close and give me your hand to hold

Don't cry for me

Wipe your tears away

If I could stay you know I would stay

When missing me

I'll always be near

Think of me "kaleidoscope" you will hear

Dan "Dutch" Elmer passed away peacefully at home April 16, 2021 with his loving wife by his side after a long, four year battle with melanoma.

We cannot express the gratitude we have for every individual that has supported us through his courageous journey. Thank you.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years (he would say 51), his daughter Laura and son-in-law Brian, his son Zack and daughter-in-law Sienna, and grandson Jakob.

Per his request, no services will be held.

Kaleidoscope forever.
