Susan Rae Carroll Ballesty, 73, passed away suddenly Sunday, May 14, 2023 in Provo, Utah.
She was born February 28, 1950 in Fillmore, Utah to Edward D. and Alice Jane Penney Carroll.
She is survived by her son Jeff Carroll; father Edward D. Carroll; sister's Penne and Pati; and many nieces and nephews. She goes to join her mother Alice Carroll; sister Sherill and her brother Eddie.
