Soon after her birth, she spent time at Primary Children's Hospital where it was discovered that she had an array of special needs. Despite the physical challenges that she faced throughout her nearly 34 years, she lived a full and happy life in the care of her devoted and loving family.

Born in Fillmore Utah to John and Jan Frampton, Jessie had a powerful spirit that touched the lives of anyone who encountered her. To know her was to know pure, genuine love. She shared her light through those big, beautiful eyes and a smile that warmed the earth on even the coldest of days. She had her own, unique way of communicating, and nothing in this world sounded better than her squeals of excitement and laughter, especially when she would hear the jingle of dad's keys when he would come home from work.

Throughout her years, Jessie delighted in a multitude of family vacations and camping trips. She enjoyed going to the family cabin for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and birthday celebrations. She was fond of and was always surrounded by stuffed animals and balloons. The noise produced by balloons bumping together was a favorite of hers and would frequently elicit a smile followed by giggles.

When she was younger, Jessie attended church and school activities where she enjoyed interacting with her teachers, aids, and classmates who adored her. She also developed a love of primary music. Jessie especially relished spa days with her sister and best friend, Andrea, and her niece Holly. Our little princess found utmost joy in the company of her family. Even in her final days and moments, Jessie was surrounded by her entire family who showered her with love and affection. Having this precious angel at the heart of our family has been a true blessing, and we will miss her immensely.

Jessie is survived by her parents and siblings, Amber (Jeff Turley) Burningham, Jason (Misti) Frampton, and Andrea (Jeff) Gehre. She was cherished by her nieces and nephews; Beau, Bailey, Brinley (Gunner), Kadyn, Gage, Kamdyn, Blake, Holly, Hudson, Hawkins, and Rowan. Jessie also has many aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Terrill and Iris Bond, and Charles and Harriet Wood.

Our family would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to those people in Jessie's life who helped her through her challenges and offered support to our family. Nancy Neilson for all her care and friendship to Jessie and our family over the years. The incredible staff and medical team at Fillmore Community Medical Center for their compassion and care. And a special thanks to Dr. Wayne Brown for his gentle support, expertise, and guidance through her final days. Our family took comfort in knowing that our sweet Jessie was in loving hands.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at 11 a.m. in the Meadow LDS chapel (108 E. Center Street, Meadow, UT). Interment to follow at Meadow Cemetery. Visitations will be held Friday, January 19, 2024, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, January 20, 2024, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Jessie's name to be made to Primary Children's Hospital or Fillmore Community Medical Center.
